    We are located in Johannesburg, South Africa, but we operate primarily online and deliver in Gauteng

  • Can I customize a gift?
    Absolutely! Many of our gifts can be customized to suit the recipient’s preferences. Options include personalized notes, branded packaging, or selecting specific items for the gift box.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order through our on-line store. Simply browse our catalog, select your desired gift, and follow the prompts to complete your order.
  • What are the delivery fees?
    Delivery fees depend on the location and size of the gift. Fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Can I collect my order?
    You are welcome to collect your order from our studio in Ruimsig at no charge. Please ensure that you inform us of this desire we will notify you as soon as it is ready for collection. Goods can be collected Tuesday to Fridays between 09h30 and 16h00.
  • Can my company logo be printed on the box?
    Yes, we would be happy to print your logo on the box. This would require a minimum order of 25 boxes. For a more subtle look you could have your logo foiled or debossed, or you could have a corporate sticker affixes. We offer white and black boxes as standard, but, subject to order lead times, can offer alternative colours. contact our team via email
  • Do I need to open an account to place an order online?
    No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details as well as edit your favourites items..
  • What is the cut off date for Valentine’s Day orders?
    We would recommend placing your order no later than 12 noon on Monday 10th February 2025
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept Master and Visa credit card and EFT payments via our secure payment gateway. Links are provided upon checkout.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Refunds are available for orders canceled within the specified time frame.
  • Do you deliver nationwide?
    Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across Gauteng for now.
  • How long does delivery take?
    At ZIBS, we understand the importance of timely delivery, especially for fresh produce and curated gifts. That's why we offer two types of delivery services to cater to your needs: 1. Express Delivery (Within 4 Hours) Availability: Express delivery is currently available only in Johannesburg and its surrounding areas. Coverage Areas: Gauteng and other nearby suburbs. Perfect For: Last-minute surprises and urgent gifting needs. 2. Standard Delivery Delivery Time: Johannesburg and nearby areas: 1–2 days. Other provinces within South Africa: 2–4 days. Service Partner: We use reliable private transport companies to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition. Urgent Delivery Service If you require delivery faster than our standard timeframe, we offer an urgent delivery service at an additional charge. Please contact us to confirm availability and pricing. Fresh Produce Notice For fresh produce and perishable items, we recommend using our Express Delivery service for the best quality. For Standard Delivery, we use special packaging to maintain freshness during transit.
  • Can I schedule a delivery?
    Yes, you can schedule a delivery for a specific date. Please indicate your preferred delivery date when placing your order.
